- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
**For a quick, visual overview of our process visit the Concrete 101 Article on our blog & scroll to the infographic towards the bottom of the page. ** Our process starts with a phone call to learn more about you, your project, and gather all of the information necessary for us to schedule a Free Estimate. At the Estimate, you'll meet with our Concrete Specialist who will discuss your needs and preferences, take all necessary measurements and photos, and start creating your professional project drawing. Within 1 business day of completing your appointment, you will receive an itemized estimate and your completed professional drawing. You will have an opportunity to review the documents provided to you, ask questions, and make any necessary changes before signing to accept the proposed estimate. Once you have signed, you will be transferred to our Production Team. Shortly after your Production Manager has confirmed the next available Date and Time for concrete delivery, a member of our Customer Service Team will reach out to schedule your Pre-Production Walkthrough (PPW). At the PPW, the Production Manager will review the Estimate and project details with you. They will confirm essential measurements, mark the project area, set expectations for production, and collect a deposit equal to 60% of the estimated total. Once a deposit has been collected, all that's left is to prep, pour, form, and finish your new concrete! Final payment is due upon completion of the project. Late fees apply after the 7 days.
