I have a rental property in Columbia, South Carolina. I recently barely survived the turn-over of the house, thanks to Dennis and a few others. I contacted Dennis Levitt (Talking about Beauty) for Pressure Washing services; however, based on reading his excellent reviews, I further asked if he could resolve some of my appliance repairs. I had a cracked flat-top range, a broken control board of the dishwasher, and broken icemaker. In addition, to doing a wonderful job with the landscaping with quality work and consumer friendly prices, he was able to install and fix the other appliances. Thanks Dennis for a job well done. Dennis came out to install 2 outlets in tricky spots that both involved attic trips. It was a very hot summer day and he also had to manage our wild French Bulldog getting in his way lol. Dennis even took the time to review and fix an unrelated electrical issue that was not part of the quote. We appreciated how pleasant and professional he was. Definitely recommend and we’ll be hiring him again for any electrical work in the future. Thanks Dennis!

Dennis came out to run a 20amp circuit to our over the stove microwave. He was able to get a tricky wire down the wall from the attic. He also installed our microwave. He does good work and his price is very reasonable. I’d use him again.

Dennis was great. He was honest and helpful from the very first communication through the end of installation. I had a couple of random questions that he answered quickly in the days prior to the appointment as well. Dennis was also prompt in his arrival for the job. The quality of work also appears to be top notch. He also completed the job quickly without rushing through it. Having the assurance of a warranty also eases any worries in case something would happen to be faulty, which I don't anticipate given his reputation as well. I will definitely use Dennis again for any electrical work that is his wheelhouse.
