Overall it was a great experience. They had some complications with material delays but managed to stay busy waiting on things to arrive. Project turned out great and we are very happy with the results. We have already referred them to others and will use them again on future projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is really contingent on demo/discovery, fit and finish, etc. We do are best to give an accurate idea of what your project will cost. Inevitably, designs and ideas always seem to change during the project and pricing adjusts accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will do an initial consultation to determine what needs to be done and how to do it. We can then give basic pricing parameters for the project. We will then collaborate with the home owner in the design and planning of the project, order necessary materials and then get to work!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years in the construction and remodeling industry. Constantly learning new techniques and products. Attend multiple venues to stay a step ahead.
