I was away for about two months so I decided to get a deep cleaning before I came home because my partner did his best maintaining but you know it’s never the same. Alien showed up on time, cleaned basically every single corner of the house. She was fast, thorough and I am beyond thrilled. Thank you so much because after my 8 hrs drive, I was able to just take a shower and rest in a clean house.

Samara was very polite and professional. The only issue was the price was about double the estimate due to it being a 'move out' clean, only the house was empty with brand new floors and cabinets, not really like someone just moving out. Still she was a very nice lady, and the communication was excellent, even though she did not speak English. (We used the phone.)

It was a pleasure! We are happy that you enjoyed the cleaning, about the price it was because you had requested a standard cleaning when you made the request on the app and when we got there it was a post-construction cleaning, there was a lot of dust from the construction work and you also asked us to clean inside the cabinets, which the standard cleaning does not include, the cabinets were new, we understood each other but there was a lot of dust inside the installation and we needed to clean the inside. post-construction cleaning should have requested a deep cleaning and we charged you a much lower price for post-construction cleaning , the price would be much higher for regular cleaning, we did it for $180 and in the end it was $270 as it was post construction cleaning, if you want to quote with other companies you will realize that it was a cheap price! ! But it was a pleasure and count on us when you need us.
