Sergio immediately responded and made plans with me to show up the next morning to mow my lawn. He was prompt and did an excellent job! The more he and I talked I learned that he seemed to be a “jack of all trades”. So I also hired him to do other things that I needed to have done. He also painted my crawl space door. He also reinstalled loose brick pavers in my front and back walks and in doing this he ran a corrugated pipe that was connected to a downspout underneath my back walk and continued burying it underground for several yards in order to drain away from my house. If you hire Sergio (Green Properties Solutions) you will not be sorry! He has been extremely helpful ! He is a hard conscientious worker with a lot of skills!

Sergio came immediately to do a review and a quote. His quote was fair and when I accepted he was there that same day. He mowed edged and even sprayed the perimeter where the house has had some spider issues. He was clean efficient and completed the work quickly. We are very pleased

I found Sergio online, and BOY did he save the day. I’m a father and a husband, and life gets to be a lot sometimes. I found Sergio looking for a consecutive lawn care service and have had bad experiences from people online. After calling Sergio, and getting a feel for his professionalism and punctuality, I HAD to give it a shot. BOY was I happy. Now Sergio is our continuous lawn care service provider, and my wife and I couldn’t be happier.
