• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  I have fair pricing I charge about 75 bucks a hour. There is no fees. If jobs take shorter then expected I do lower the price.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I normally ask for photos and a decent description of the job. Then I come and look at everything the day of or the next day!

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I got my certification through arc labs
