- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do charge a travel fee. I will let you know this amount ahead of time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I text or call the client. Find out what type of document they need notarized. Tell them what to bring and if I am coming to them or we are meeting at a safe and convenient location. Then I go over payment and details of what to bring to the meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with children and families for over 25 years. I love helping others. I hold a Master’s degree in Education. Not only am I commissioned by the state to be a notary public, I am a certified signing agent so can also notarize loans and closings.
