- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Except for Real Estate transactions, South Carolina dictates that notaries may only charge $5/signature. Depending on your location, we charge an additional fee of $25 to come to your location. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, there first question will be to provide a picture or digital file of what needs to be notarized. We do this to ensure critical information such as: Does this document require witnesses. Who can be a witness, and how many are required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Through South Carolina Secretary of State all Notaries are required to take a course in understanding Notary Public guidelines.
