- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know that our pricing is not a set rate across the board. The price depends on the age of the animal, the needs of the animals, the location of the pet sitting (our home or your home), and there is an upcharge for holiday dates. ****************************************** .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
