- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep things simple. No confusing tiers; just one transparent pricing model. We charge 8% of monthly rent collected. We do offer discounts to multi-unit property owners and investors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Request a free rental analysis. We will be glad to speak with you in-person or over the phone to discuss a strategic plan to get your property rented for the highest amount possible. If the new customer is agreeable to the numbers and terms, we sign a management agreement, take photos, list the property online and get it rented!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Property-Manager-in-Charge for South Carolina.
