FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and competitive — no hidden fees, ever. We offer special rates for veterans, first responders, and seniors. We believe in fair, consistent pricing for everyone. It doesn’t matter where you live or what you do. You get the same honest price your neighbor does, every time Plus, we’ll walk you through every line item so you know exactly what you’re paying for before we start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, thorough, and built around honesty. We start by assessing the problem — and that means actually getting on your roof, unless it’s too steep or unsafe to do so. We take clear photos and walk you through them: here’s the problem, here’s how it happened, here’s how to fix it, and here’s how to prevent it in the future. Once you’re informed, we provide a detailed estimate. If you choose another contractor, no hard feelings — our goal is to make sure you have the right information to make the best decision. If you choose us, we’ll get a signed contract, get a deposit, and our office will schedule your project. After the work is complete, we do a full walkthrough to ensure everything is perfect, collect the final payment, and provide all your final documentation. From start to finish, it’s about education, transparency, and quality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We believe a great roofer never stops learning. Our team participates in ongoing education through supplier workshops and manufacturer training, ensuring we stay current on the latest products, techniques, and safety standards. We’re certified with many of the industry’s leading manufacturers — including IKO, Owens Corning, GAF, APOC, Polyglass, Titanium, Versico, and more — so you can trust your roof is installed to the highest standards.
