About
Instant gratification and a smile on my customers face. There is no better feeling than completing a project for a customer then standing back and admiring your work. Then looking over at your customer and not seeing anything but teeth because they are grinning from ear to ear. Yeah, that's why I do what I do.

We were so lucky to find Roger, if you are looking for a personalized lawn care service with someone you can talk to and get results look no further. Also got a huge discount for paying a full year in advance. My neighbor was so impressed with Little Red Lawncare and their personal service and great price that they promptly cancelled their service and hired Little Red. You wont be sorry!

Roger was very easy to work with. I am in Michigan trying to move to our new house in SC so we handled everything over the phone thorough email or text. He even sent before and after pics of the lawn mow job of our 1 acre yard. Kudos to Little Red Lawncare.

Roger did an amazing job sodding our back yard despite the horrible weather conditions we had this summer. He treated our yard as his own, and would accept nothing less than perfection for our yard. He has continued to check in with us to make sure we are still pleased with the way the yard is coming along, unlike other professionals we've hired in the past for other jobs who we've never heard back from once the job was complete. We couldn't be any happier with the work he did, and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a landscaper.

Roger was quick to respond and honest. He followed up afterwards to correct an oversight with the job and it was he that mentioned the oversight. These are qualities of a professional.

Little Red Lawncare went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied! Our lawn was a hot mess, but they did an awesome job making it look great. We have had many compliments on their work.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

The primary service we get called for is for weekly service. We will always let the customer set up the schedule that they would prefer for their lawn maintenance. However, we have found that by allowing our customers to set up on a yearly contract, they can be assured their yard will look incredible all year and for a reasonable monthly rate. This also allows our customers to know exactly what the monthly cost will be. No unexpected cost for mulching, fertilizing, over seeding or leaf removal in the fall. Secondly and one of my favorites is "the initial clean-up". When a customer calls and has a yard or property that has been neglected. Weeds out of control, unmowed grass, flower beds in shambles, shrubs untrimmed and mulch non-existent. Then with a little TLC and a lot of hard work, it's like transforming the entire house.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't be afraid to ask questions or get it in writing!!! I have heard to many horror stories where a customer was "told" certain parts of a job would be performed or the customer "assumed" that an obvious service would be included in the quoted price. If someone balks at the idea of having to list all services and rates in writing and signing their name......RUN! It's your money. Don't be afraid to ask questions and ask for everything in writing.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Insurance, Insurance, Insurance!!! Make sure the vendor you are hiring carries General Liability Insurance. Few home owners are aware that if an UNINSURED VENDOR they have hired is injured or damage is caused by that vendor, a claim would be filed against the home owners insurance. Inexpensive is not always the best option. Little Red Lawn Care carries a million dollar general liability insurance with a two million dollar aggregate. This is for our customers and our protection.
