I live in Pierce Acres. Dave just finished working on my AC. He did a great job. He didn't try selling me a new system or up sell me He fixed the problem and that's it. Not much honesty left in the HVAC service industry these days. So it was nice to experience it again.

I use these guys for everything on my personal home and my rental properties around Spartanburg, and theyre the only crew I trust. They first did a complex sewer line repair for me on the Southside near Cedar Springs, and they did such a clean job Ive kept them on speed dial ever since.They recently tackled a massive underground sewer nightmare at my own house over in the Hillbrook neighborhood on the Eastside. They brought out the big equipment, hydro-jetted the whole line, and used a trenchless pipe lining system so they didn't have to tear up my yard. They even had to cut a small access hole in my downstairs concrete floor to get to it, and they patched it back up perfectly.Beyond the heavy plumbing work, theyve handled panel upgrades at my Northside rentals and just put a couple of mini-splits in a house for me down in Roebuck. They just came out this week to tune up an AC unit before the summer heat kicks in. No high-pressure sales, just honest technical work across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Highly recommend them to anyone in the Upstate.
