Edward was very personable, knowledgeable and obviously experienced in the trade. He was able to diagnose my system immediately and did not pressure me to replace my unit. Although it was 16 years old , he did offer to repair. He arrived early and completed the job beyond my expectations. The cost was considerably less than other vendors for a new Trane system. This company has given me the best experience ever.

Precision Climate Control is a life saver!!! This morning our air conditioner started not cooling. We contacted Precision Climate Control and Edward , our technician, was able to work us in between appointments he already has scheduled. WOW, in less than 2 hours he was able to assess the problem with our A/C unit , repair and clean and we now have our Air back. A true professional , very knowledgeable. THANK YOU!

Best consumer service out there!! He was very honest with us and fixed our AC the same day! He was very thorough with his inspection and explained to us what needed to be fixed, even going through the price and explaining! He was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question we had.
