Frank and team were very professional and respectful of your and surrounding property. They did an excellent job in grading our backyard where we had a serious issue with flooding. Next he added a circular driveway to our front yard. We couldn’t be more pleased with the work and would definitely recommend Tri City Concrete and use them again for upcoming projects.

Frank at Tri-City Concrete is a true professional. I had pad poured for my building from a different company. Once our building was installed, we realized how unlevel that pad was. Frank and his team were able to come in and fix the issue without having to take the building down. After almost a year of dealing with this, the floor in my building is finally level (how it is supposed to be!) and I am able to utilize the building the way it should be. Frank takes pride in his work and is very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend him for any concrete project you have!

Frank hit the mark on all five review categories. His professionalism and friendliness sets him apart from most other contractors I’ve dealt with. In addition, he was extremely flexible to my crazy schedule. From the moment I met Frank, I knew he would be my contractor of choice. He gave me excellent advice on my mostly DIY project and helped me get the job done when the time came to pour concrete. He knows his stuff. Highly recommend!

I contacted several excavation guys, and inevitably, they all were either "too busy", or simply wouldn't return my messages. Frank was the only that would always respond to my messages, and was negotiable on the price, since I had a somewhat unique situation. He stopped by to look at what was involved, which included him having to traverse very steep hills carrying large rocks and boulders. He was very confident in his abilities, and I immediately liked his personality. On the day of the project, it wasn't long before he decided there was simply too many rocks for just the excavator. He called his son, and he came with a bobcat skid steer. Even with both machines, we worked over 8 hrs, but finally completed the task. Both Frank and his son were extremely courteous and respectful. I 100% recommend Tri City Concrete and Grading.

Tri-City recently completed a project for me including installation of a concrete patio and walkway and regrading of the backyard to mitigate water issues. Frank and his men were friendly, completed the job with quality workmanship and did a thorough clean up before leaving. I highly recommend Tri-City Concrete.
