FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At The Princes & the Lily Events Co., we believe every couple deserves the wedding of their dreams — no matter the budget. Here's what you need to know: Our pricing model is 10% of your overall wedding budget, with a minimum investment depending on the package you choose. Day-of Coordination is a set price of $600 — no surprises, no guessing. Month-of Coordination starts at $1,300, and full and partial planning packages start at $1,300–$2,700+, depending on the scope of your day. Custom events (baby showers, graduations, birthdays, and more) are priced individually — just reach out and we'll chat! Starting prices are exactly that — a starting point. Your final investment reflects the details, size, and vision of your celebration. A la carte services are also available if you need support in just one or two areas. The best way to find out what's right for you? Schedule a Lily Session — a complimentary consultation where we'll talk through your vision, your needs, and make sure we're the perfect fit. ✨
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love this part! Getting to know our couples and bringing their vision to life is exactly why we do what we do. Here's how it typically works: Schedule a Lily Session — This is our complimentary consultation where we get to know you, hear about your vision, and figure out the best way we can support you. No pressure, just good conversation! ☎️ Choose Your Package — After your Lily Session, we'll recommend the package that fits your needs best — whether that's Full Planning, Partial Planning, Month-of Coordination, Day-of Coordination, or something a la carte. Make It Official — Once you've decided we're the right fit (and we hope you do! 🌸), we'll get your contract signed and your retainer secured to lock in your date. We Get to Work — Depending on your package, we'll dive into vendor research, budget tracking, timeline building, and all the beautiful details in between. We'll meet regularly — virtually or in person — to keep everything on track and make sure your vision stays front and center. Your Big Day — You show up, soak it all in, and leave the logistics to us. We'll be your calm in the chaos from the rehearsal all the way through the celebration. ✨ Happily Ever After — Once the bouquet is tossed and the last dance is done, our job is complete — and your memories are made!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Oh, this one is close to our heart. 🌸 One of our most recent celebrations was a beautiful fall wedding at Larkin's Sawmill in Greenville, SC. The couple had a clear vision but a tight timeline — just under six months from engagement to marriage. Every decision had to be intentional, and we loved every minute of it. One of our favorite parts of this wedding was helping the couple think outside the traditional box. They each had different ideas about ceremony style, so we suggested a creative solution: an intimate ceremony with close family and friends first, followed by a larger reception celebration a month later. It took the pressure off the big day and allowed everyone — especially the couple — to be fully present for both moments. The day itself was pure magic. Golden fall light, sage and cream details, bridesmaids in dresses that fit their individual personalities, and a remembrance table honoring loved ones no longer here. And the vows? Let's just say there wasn't a dry eye in the room. 🤍 It was a beautiful reminder of why we do this work — and proof that even the most unconventional approach can lead to the most unforgettable day.
