Lynsey was a shining star from start to finish. She created an environment filled with love and elegant touches on our wedding day. Without her genuine care for my bride and I, I think we would have been lost. She kept us in touch and engaged all night. Standing close by every minute of every hour ready to help. She coordinated with every single one of our vendors to ensure a flawless night. Needless to say we achieved a perfect wedding with zero mess ups. Her passion behind her craft is what truly makes her unique. If you are looking for an engaging and wonderful cordinator, stop looking and book. Her personality shines through all forms of communication. My hope is I never have to get married again but if we could do it all over, Lynsey would be the first vendor we book.

Hiring Bluebird Events to coordinate my day was one of the best decisions I made when planning my wedding! Lyndsey was so great to work with, and she really went above and beyond to make sure everything about my day was up to the highest standard; she is the advocate you want working with you! From the beginning, Lyndsey was organized and communicative and made sure my vendors had all the information and resources they needed. As the wedding approached, she really worked with me to make sure the timeline and day-of responsibilities were ironed out so that I didn't have to worry about a thing the day of. The whole Bluebird Events team really went out of their way to make sure everything on my wedding day was perfect, from working out various snafus with my chosen venue the morning of to coordinating our final sparkler send-off that night. The Bluebird Events team was even there for the small details like helping to bustle my wedding dress and ensuring my bridesmaids had food and places to hang and steam their dresses. I've gotten a lot of comments from family and friends about how flawless my wedding was, and that is entirely thanks to Bluebird Events! Thank you!

Enjoyed working with bluebird events! A hurricane decided to join us the day of the wedding so they worked all morning to make sure the indoor venue was set up...i didnt even see it until I walked down the aisle and it was beautiful!! In addition, they helped coordinate any final payments for vendors day of! Thank you for all the help!!!
