Hiring Bluebird Events to coordinate my day was one of the best decisions I made when planning my wedding! Lyndsey was so great to work with, and she really went above and beyond to make sure everything about my day was up to the highest standard; she is the advocate you want working with you! From the beginning, Lyndsey was organized and communicative and made sure my vendors had all the information and resources they needed. As the wedding approached, she really worked with me to make sure the timeline and day-of responsibilities were ironed out so that I didn't have to worry about a thing the day of. The whole Bluebird Events team really went out of their way to make sure everything on my wedding day was perfect, from working out various snafus with my chosen venue the morning of to coordinating our final sparkler send-off that night. The Bluebird Events team was even there for the small details like helping to bustle my wedding dress and ensuring my bridesmaids had food and places to hang and steam their dresses. I've gotten a lot of comments from family and friends about how flawless my wedding was, and that is entirely thanks to Bluebird Events! Thank you!

Lyndsey from Bluebird Events was the planner for my Big Fat Puerto-Indian Wedding weekend! I’m Indian and my *now* husband is Puerto Rican. We weren’t having your typical, run of the mill wedding and we needed someone who was 1) open to different cultures, 2) ready for a challenge, 3) not intimidated by unique requests, 4) detail oriented, and most importantly 5) someone kind, calming, and on top of it! Lyndsey was all of these things and more. Thanks to her, we were able to have our dream wedding weekend. She planned our Mehendi event and even did all of our floral arrangements, while also inspiring the decor and design. Then she planned our actual Wedding day, handled all hiccups, made sure we were enjoying our night, and kept a wedding party of 20+ people in check! We love Lyndsey and hope to work with her again in the future. She has become a friend, not a vendor to us. I couldn’t recommended her more!
