I pride myself on being patient, encouraging, and willing to think outside the box, with the determination to get to the answer one way or another while emphasizing true understanding above all else. I genuinely love helping students figure things out. I’m a Finance and Environmental Studies double major with a concentration in Data Science & Analytics at Wofford College, and over the past several years I’ve spent a lot of time tutoring classmates and younger students in math, statistics, economics, and data analysis. Seeing something finally click for a student is what keeps me coming back to teaching. What makes my business different is how intentional I am with each session. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all tutoring. I take time to understand how a student learns, what they’re struggling with, and what their goals are, then build each lesson around that. Whether we’re prepping for a test, working through homework, or challenging ourselves by learning some code to go above and beyond for a class project, I focus on clear explanations and steady progress. I also understand how busy students can be. As a Division 1 student-athlete myself, I know how hard it is to juggle practices, classes, and exams, so I keep sessions efficient, supportive, and focused. I bring patience, energy, and genuine care to every lesson, along with easy-to-use virtual tools that make online tutoring feel just as interactive as in person.
