- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. This is one of the highest certifying association to go through. It is mandatory to take continuing education credits and re-certify every 2 years. On top of that my aspiration, drive, ambition, and dedication keeps me motivated to constantly research any topic that comes across my thoughts. I love learning and being knowledgeable.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When i was in the Army i was always helping my soldiers and coworkers get in better shape and help them develop themselves. I was infantry so being in shape was crucial for survival.
