- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a non-commission-based company with flat-rate pricing, with a 10% discounted price for PM maintenance customers. We are not your typical HVAC company and are more experienced in whole home and building approach.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A home or system inspection before any repairs are to be made. Customer approval is first, after offering options for a repair or a replacement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have Nate and EPA-certified technicians, and we have ongoing training for 30 minutes each morning, daily for HVAC service, installs, and maintenance.
