The absolute best customer service, communication and workmanship in the business. The guys were very pleasant to be around. The system works as discussed. They cleaned up and were so polite. Highly recommend! Great locally owned business!

They were very fast and getting back to me and their price estimate was reasonable and the same as other professional heating and air conditioning system repair services on Thumbtack. Unfortunately, I already committed to another business, but I am impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism from this business, and I would highly recommend you use them.

I had to have my A/C unit serviced due to some issues that were caused by a previous HVAC company. I contacted The GOAT and they responded immediately. I was able to set up an appointment instantly. They were flexible enough to work with my schedule and time of day. Cullen came out and was able to identify the issue in less than 15 minutes. He explained in detail what was wrong and the solution to the problem. He gave me a detailed overview of the parts expense which was very reasonable. He was able to install two new dampers in about 5 minutes and explained their maintenance plan which we will be using from here on out. And because I needed two dampers they were able to offer me a $200 discount! This was the easiest/stress free experience I have ever had with any professional maintenance service ever. The GOAT will be my first and only call from now on. Every bit of the 5 stars!
