I had to have my A/C unit serviced due to some issues that were caused by a previous HVAC company. I contacted The GOAT and they responded immediately. I was able to set up an appointment instantly. They were flexible enough to work with my schedule and time of day. Cullen came out and was able to identify the issue in less than 15 minutes. He explained in detail what was wrong and the solution to the problem. He gave me a detailed overview of the parts expense which was very reasonable. He was able to install two new dampers in about 5 minutes and explained their maintenance plan which we will be using from here on out. And because I needed two dampers they were able to offer me a $200 discount! This was the easiest/stress free experience I have ever had with any professional maintenance service ever. The GOAT will be my first and only call from now on. Every bit of the 5 stars!
