I messaged them at 6am and had a response from the office by 7am — they got me on the schedule for same-day service. Emiliano Nunez was my technician, and he showed up right on time. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. I have an older system, and he took the time to walk me through its current condition, pricing on parts and repairs, and current promos — all without being pushy in the slightest. One thing I really appreciated was the message the office sent before Emiliano arrived. It included a picture and a short bio so I knew who to expect — a really nice touch that made the whole experience feel more personal and trustworthy. Highly recommend Oceanview and Emiliano for fast, honest, and professional HVAC service.

I have been extremely satisfied with Oceanview. They replaced two units at a family home on the Isle of Palms and their prompt attention to service calls, by Bobby, have been appreciated. I recently had some issues at my personal home and Emiliano was prompt, courteous and diligent in working out the issues. I would highly recommend this company.

The co-owner, Bobby came out and performed our service today. He is a very nice experienced technician, easy to talk to. He has diligently worked on an issue of a missing cable which was caused by the manufacturer. He was able to get our system running, and helped program our new thermostats. I highly recommend him and his company.

Michael was so pleasant, competent and thorough! He taught me so much about my HVAC system. Hope I can have him come out every 6 months!I would be remiss if I didn't rave about Kristen. In a world where competence and customer service is lacking, she proves that you can still find it! It is lovely to be on board with Oceanview!
