FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on experience and quality of work performed. I have some flexibility in the pricing, and many times, the customer pays less than my initial estimate when work performed turns out to be easier than anticipated. I am willing to work with my customers on setting the price and expectations of the service performed. Many times, I do more for the customer than the original requested service. I value the customers' satisfaction more than the pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to communicate the scope of work and better understand my customers' expectations and what they value most. I coordinate to find a time and date that best meets my customers' needs. I always message my customers when I am on my way with an expected arrival time. I am always on time and most often arrive 10 minutes early.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the military, I completed several years of formal training for electrical, electronics, mechanical, and plumbing. I completed a 20-week HVAC training and certification course. I have an Associates degree in technical studies. I have years of experience in residential maintenance, appliance installation and repairs, installing and replacing plumbing fixtures and cabinets, door and window repair, lighting and electrical installation, heating and air conditioning service and repair, smart switch and cameral installation, tv mounts, custom shelving and storage install in garage, and fencing installation.
