Idk … probably because she likes to one up me all the time. The certifications are nice ... but honestly, we're most proud of our life experience. Unlike most PTs & nutritionists (who have been fit their entire lives), we used to be overweight & super unhealthy. We struggled with our own health & food choices for years. So we know what it feels like to be on the other side. Keith lost 100 lbs in his weight loss journey while fighting self-esteem and confidence issues. Brittany lost over 40 lbs while overcoming restrictive eating patterns and disordered eating behaviors. It wasn't ideal ... but those experiences help us relate to our client's unique challenges on a level most nutritionists cannot. I been working with fit life parenting for a couple weeks now ! they are very responsive in helping me out !!! . They both truly care about you!! and great at what they do . They Gave me a plan tailored to me that fits my schedule . I love there cook book so many great ideas and recipes.. They helped me with ideas with my sweet tooth cravings at night, and taught me more about nutrition rather then a diet and that’s what makes it the best thing i tried … they provide workouts as well i can’t wait to see my progress ! I highly recommend them . !

SHORT STORY: 10/10 stars! Would recommend for anyone looking for a awesome virtual PT. LONG STORY: Brit & Keith are awesome! I personally have been working with them for a month and they're everything that I wanted plus more when it came to PTs. First of all, you work with both of them which is super awesome! You get so much... - Personalized work outs - Personalize nutrition plans - Weekly/bi-weekly check ins - DAILY interaction which both of them which is amazing for those who are looking for ACCOUNTABILITY - All access to their app which is the BEST app I've used in a while (and that's saying a lot because I've tried out quite a few). THe app alone I would give it's own 10 star rating! It's so user friendly, it connects with your iWatch and makes tracking food and workouts incredibly EASY. On top of the actual things you receive, you get to work with these 2 awesome people, who truly want you to succeed. My first meeting with Keith was so much more than I anticipated. I for sure thought it was going to be like "Okay, let's get the basic questions out of the way..." (becuase I've worked with other PTs before) BUT it was so much more. We talked for almost an hour! Just got real serious about WHY I wanted to start this journey and how they could help me. It was a genuine interaction from the beginning and I've appreciated their candor and encouragement ever since. They're truly a great team (and they're engaging, funny and educating on social media which is a plus for me). I'm excited to keep working with them and see how far I can push myself and eventually see the progress I make throughout my journey with them. At minimum, set up an introductory call to see what they're all about! But if you're someone that's looking for a NEW and different personalized PT experienence to help you kick start a healthier you...look no further!
