Idk … probably because she likes to one up me all the time. The certifications are nice ... but honestly, we're most proud of our life experience. Unlike most PTs & nutritionists (who have been fit their entire lives), we used to be overweight & super unhealthy. We struggled with our own health & food choices for years. So we know what it feels like to be on the other side. Keith lost 100 lbs in his weight loss journey while fighting self-esteem and confidence issues. Brittany lost over 40 lbs while overcoming restrictive eating patterns and disordered eating behaviors. It wasn't ideal ... but those experiences help us relate to our client's unique challenges on a level most nutritionists cannot. So we're excited to tell you ... there is a light at the end of the tunnel! Fit life parenting created a no-nonsense workout program for me that was easy to follow, adaptable to my schedule, and kept me safe from ailments of old injuries. It consisted of compound movements and isolation movements with progressive overload taylored to target lagging areas of my physique. Fit life parenting put me in the right mindset by setting realistic expectations, accepting no built-in excuses, and opening my eyes to the BS in the fitness industry like fad diets, workouts, and "bio-hacks". FLP has no shortcuts to offer, but I have learned what is needed to have long-term success and how to maintain it. This program, combined with some cardio and a solid nutrition (which FLP also offers), has helped me get in the best shape of my life. FLP is geared to help you learn how to make lifestyle changes that are within everyone's means and is built on the basis that "It's a marathon, not a race." They are focused on safe weight loss/gain while avoiding injury, which a lot of new fads overlook. Whatever your fitness goals are, Keith and Brittany can undoubtedly make it easier for you to achieve them.

Fit Life Parenting is one stop shopping for changing your health and fitness regimen. Keith and Brittany will educate you on the nutrition, workout plan, and mindset necessary to attain and even smash your goals! All you need to bring is a willingness to learn and commit to the process. Their program isn’t about starving yourself or working yourself to death but is designed to help you to become more fit and feeling good the correct way. I enjoyed the program and highly recommend getting the cookbook to help with some delicious meals to get the nutrition side of things going!

Keith provided me with a top notch fitness and diet program which helped transform my fitness level, and helped get me back on track! Each daily workout was programmed to help me meet my overall goals, and his diet plan was more of a guideline which really helped me make the best decisions around my food choices, without being unnecessarily restrictive. I highly recommend both Keith and Brittany because they are knowledgeable, approachable, and they dare about their clients! Keith follows up with me on a regular bases, and I still use the program he designed to guide my workouts each day.

The nutrition plan was tailor made for me and they even made videos to walk me through the plan before I started! I really appreciated the check ins and the sense of accountability it gave me. Keith is very knowledgeable and is an excellent resource. He is more very transparent and willing to share any knowledge that he has with his clients.
