Kelly is an amazing Groomer. She took excellent care of our baby every time and he always looked amazing. She always goes above and beyond for her clients and would recommend her to everyone. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mobile grooming is a luxury service, we bring a fully self contained mobile grooming salon to your house. Our prices are all inclusive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk/text about what a customer is looking for and the type of grooming they need. From there a client requests an appointment through my website and we work together to get their dog on the schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned how to groom under a Master Groomer that taught precision and corrective grooming. I have continued to hone in on my craft and refine my skills. I regularly attend trade shows and conferences where I am able to network with other pet professionals in the field along with participate in classroom instruction.
