What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based mainly on how much space your items take up in our trailer, along with the labor and disposal involved. We provide upfront estimates with no hidden fees, so you’ll know what to expect before we get started.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep it simple! Tell us what you need removed and send photos when possible. We’ll provide an estimate or schedule a free, no-obligation in-person estimate. Once you approve the price, we handle the lifting, loading, hauling and cleanup.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 15 years of experience in construction and insurance adjusting, so I’m comfortable working around homes, properties and heavy materials. That experience taught me to work safely, efficiently and with respect for our customers’ property.
