- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have fair prices and except all major credit cards. We also have leasing programs with &1.00 Buy outs at the end of the term for projects over $1,000.00. Some exclusions apply with minimum credit rating of 600.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to evaluate their needs and give suggestions. I never try to sell anything that doesn’t make sense. I am always looking for ways to save the clients money .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Various technical schools and manufacturers certifications through the years.
