They were great! Our outdoor tv looks perfect and they cleaned up the cords on our living room tv (which was quite the eye sore). They were also super nice and helpful about WiFi solutions, so we may be reaching out again for help with that.

HLS was great. I had to cancel the first appointment, but they got me back on thier list a few days later. They came in on time and went right to work. i had 7 speakers put in the wall and a projector installed. All I need now is an electrician to install a socket on my celing. they gave me a quick fix to enjoy in the meantime. Great jod!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have fair prices and except all major credit cards. We also have leasing programs with &1.00 Buy outs at the end of the term for projects over $1,000.00. Some exclusions apply with minimum credit rating of 600.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to evaluate their needs and give suggestions. I never try to sell anything that doesn’t make sense. I am always looking for ways to save the clients money .
