FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and based on the type of service requested. Notary services follow South Carolina state guidelines, with additional travel fees depending on distance and appointment location. For document services such as certified translations and apostille processing, pricing is typically based on the number of pages, document type, and service level (standard, expedited, or rush). I also offer discounted pricing for multiple documents or bundled services such as translation + notarization + apostille processing. Clients always receive clear pricing upfront before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is designed to be simple and efficient: Initial consultation – The client shares the document or project details. Review and confirmation – I confirm document requirements, timelines, and pricing. Scheduling or document intake – We schedule a mobile appointment or securely submit documents electronically. Service completion – Notarization, translation, apostille coordination, or document preparation is completed. Delivery – Clients receive scanned confirmation and final documents by pickup, delivery, or secure shipping. This process ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
