Introduction: Well, for the basketball part, my family is very good and with basketball, I've learned a lot though the years that I've been playing. I've been playing since Park and Rec, and I played while I was in the Army also. Now for the personal trainer, I've worked out a lot though the years, if it was for sport or for the military. I can learn more about the eating-healthy part, but I know about the protein, etc., so if you want to get the kids' game good or get your body right, I'm the guy.
