We feel very lucky to have received a reference, for Jamie, when we desperately needed a solar installer. Our old 48V system cratered and Jamie guided us to the newest Linotech inverter and lithium battery system. The techs were able to track down and fix all the inferior work accomplished in the past by the prior installer. Today the system works beautifully and the app on the phone is top notch. Our system is a 12 Kw inverter/chargers with 10Kw battery, utilizing the panels that were already in place. We do highly recommend Jamie and appreciate what he has done for us.

Good folks that strive to do a good job. Solar and related energy infrastructure is a complicated field. The aspiring solar owner will be well served learning as much as possible and striving for a degree of self sufficiency. Modern Horizons goes above and beyond the usual call of duty and try to be accountable in their service to their customers. Employees and Owner are very friendly. They had a group working for them that encapsulated my crawl space and put in drains and two sump pumps and a dehumidifier. The dehumidifier had a crimp in the hose discovered just months after installation. The crew that installed it were no longer there but the owner came out himself immediately and lifted the dehumidifier higher and thought it was fixed. A year later water was discovered under the dehumidifier again. I called and someone came out almost immediately and lifted the dehumidifier again and I hope that it is draining properly now.

Amazing people and service!!!!! Could not be more happy with them. Replaced my inverter on my home after having problems with the company that installed my system. Wish I had used them to install my system and not south coast solar. They know solar and know customer service. Just amazing to work with!!! You will not be disappointed with there service!!! Just amazing!!!

Trip Charge: $200 (includes 1st hour of work and 45 miles) over 45 mile radius $3 a mileage plus drive time Service Per Hour: $99 Minimum Battery Backup system only: Starts at $14,999. Complete Home Energy System: Starts at $ 34,999. EV Charger: Starts at $800 Appointment Reservation charge $50 and credit card on file
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Process normally with new customers is depending on the request we would have to do a job site visit & a quote. With Emergency Service Calls We Normally can have the diagnosis within the hour and a discussion with the customer on how much it would be to make the repair.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On the repair side we have licensed electricians that have several years' experience. We have OSHA Training for safety. And take continuing education classes for codes and product knowledge. On the solar side we are certified in every major battery system and qualified to repair and install all solar products.
