Outstanding. Benjamin installed a microwave in my 1986 kitchen. All measurements seemed correct until Benjamin noticed the stone backsplash. The thickness did not give enough depth for the microwave to be mounted Safely He took the time to explain and demonstrate what he meant, and what needed to be done to fix it if I wanted it installed. Told me all the options, he Did Not leave me hanging. He left did more indepth "fix" research. He came back the next day and meticulously took care of the backsplash problem and installed the microwave. Now, that's above and beyond! Will definitely call again.
