Reed was very responsive and came out to assess my issue in a timely fashion. I had a specialty fence that was installed and he worked several hours to try to find the pieces for the best value possible to fix the previous damage that happened to the fence. Even though he wasn't able to resolve the issue he gave me much more information than I had been able to get from the company that originally installed it. He refused to charge me even though I thought he should at least be compensated for the hours he spent going to get materials and researching. This type of integrity and honesty is not something that you see nowadays and I greatly appreciate all that Reed did and offered and I hope that I can hire him for something in the future.
