Introduction: I have had over twenty years in construction, many of which were spent doing punch out lists for builders. Punch out lists can be made up of problems in any part of the house or building. I have done trim work and metal roofs and have helped build homes and red steel buildings from the ground up. My prices fluctuate with the work needed to be done, from $15/hour to $25/hour. Time starts when I leave the house and runs until I get back.
