He doesn't communicate at all. He will tell you the days he will work and he will never show up and never call to say anything. He told me the project wouldn't take no more than a month and we are still waiting on him to finish my work. He can never get his workers to show up to do the work either. I WILL NEVER HIRE HIM AGAIN. I tried to give a small business a chance but once again. we get the shit end of the stick.
