- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Just free estimates every home or business is different and in this line of work there are two many variables to give a proper price without a on-site estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk to on the phone and set up a time for a estimate. Meet with customers or drive by and take a look at the work to be done. Set up a time to do the job and show up and do the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Had extensive training in a school in Florida for a few months on concrete coatings and surface preparation as well as repairs. Also courses at career center for building and construction, and business development.
