Matt gave me an estimate this morning to haul of some furniture, trash and then pressure wash the back of the house and patio. Matt was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He obviously takes pride in his business, and it shows in his work. He was upfront and honest about his pricing, extremely professional when we spoke on the phone, and was able to schedule my cleanup job the day that I contacted him. He arrived exactly at the time he said he would, and handled moving the items and cleaning out the area extremely quickly. Additionally, he and I negotiated a fair price for him to remove a number of extra items as well. I was extremely happy with his service, and I will be hiring him again in about a month to help finish a large cleanup project. I'm so glad I found Matt!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It varies according to the service that I am providing. I commonly explain my pricing to the customer and answer any questions that they may have. I value offering reasonable prices and top notch services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try to interview the customer and see what their exact needs are. Also, I like to get to know them a little bit before I get started. I want my customer to know that im not just there to make a profit but I actually care about meeting their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had 10+ years experience in construction services. And in the last few years I have been trained to clean under a butler. I also am IICRC certified to clean carpet and tile.
