The more sessions you buy the better your price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a fitness assessment. I take your measurements, weight, blood pressure, and talk about goals. I then take you through a workout to determine your strength, endurance, and flexibility.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 19 years experience, went to Greenville Tech where I was certified in personal training and an ACSM Personal Trainer certification.
