- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the crawl space size, access, moisture level, insulation condition, drainage needs, sump pump needs, and whether the customer wants a basic vapor barrier or full encapsulation. After inspection, we provide clear written options so homeowners understand what is needed and what each option includes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a crawl space inspection and photos. We check for standing water, exposed soil, damaged insulation, mold-like growth, odors, humidity issues, drainage problems, and open vents. After that, we provide a written estimate with recommended options based on the crawl space conditions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on field experience with crawl space encapsulation, waterproofing, vapor barriers, sump pumps, drainage, insulation removal/replacement, dehumidifiers, and moisture-control systems. Our work is based on real crawl space conditions and long-term prevention.
