FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is variable, depending on what you want and or how much you want price is elastic. The only fee I charge or is distance if it is more than 20 miles away there is a $20 travel fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically it's a multi-stepped process. It starts with a customer being interested in learning more about services I provide which are entirely customer based. Step 1: reaching out and setting up a time, date, and location to meet up to discuss doing business. Step 2: either that same day or at a later date discuss what the customer wants from their event, with emphasis on specific shots that they want, but not limited to those shots. Step 3: coming to an agreement on price and certain number of shots provided and due date for said shots. (Please note: I typically provide extra shots as I see fit depending on the quality of the shots, but more often than not customers will receive additional pictures free of extra cost.) Step 4: day of the event. I will arrive early to ensure all appropriate shots are taken in a timely and organized fashion. This also allows extra time for anything that could change last minute. A portion of payment (specific amount to be discussed with customer) is required on this day. Step 5: edits. The editing process although a delicate one doesn't usually take me that long to complete. A due date will be established at either the first or second meeting as to when final shots are to be delivered and as to what method. Step 6: delivery and review of work. I will go over the pictures in person with the customer(s) and if there are any shots that require further editing or changing I will rework those. If there is no rework required the final payment will be received this day. Please note, if reworks ARE required no form of payment is due this day, final payment is due when ALL pictures are provided to the customer, not before.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have no education in this field, I simply pursued it as a passion and hobby and it grew from that into art, art that people were wanting and willing to pay for.
