- What types of customers have you worked with?
For Home: setup printers for all to use, eliminate errors and viruses, setup backup, and install new computers or equipment. For Business: setup shared printers, Antivirus, backup, setup a web page, and configure or manage domains. We also setup new servers, and can assist with remote corporate situations (corporate in another state with a local branch).
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for experience. There are plenty of computer people out there who only have experience on their home networks or with friend's computers. These are not the people you want repairing your computer or setting up your network. Look for professional experience and a friendly attitude. If they don't sound happy to work with you over the phone, they won't be in person either.
