Glad I could help you out! Please call on me anytime.
Brady's response time was good. I just couldn't figure out what to do to get my home PC up and running again. He also cleaned it up to run faster and suggested a different backup program. A pleasure to deal with.Sep 26, 2012Call Brady, Computer Services's reply
Thank you so much Darlene. It was a pleasure to work with you. Please let me know if there is anything else you need in the future, and thanks for referring me to Tina!
I've worked with 5-6 computer companies in the last few years. Now I only Call Brady. He understands the ins and outs of a small business network like ours, and doesn't recommend overkill products just for the profit margin. Thanks to him our network runs faster, and our bills are lower.Jul 23, 2012
Fast, efficient, professional. Problems that have bugged me since I got my system 5 years ago vanished after a short visit from Brady. Ask him about his background. This guy is a professional, and then some.Mar 30, 2012
- What types of customers have you worked with? For Home: setup printers for all to use, eliminate errors and viruses, setup backup, and install new computers or equipment. For Business: setup shared printers, Antivirus, backup, setup a web page, and configure or manage domains. We also setup new servers, and can assist with remote corporate situations (corporate in another state with a local branch).
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Look for experience. There are plenty of computer people out there who only have experience on their home networks or with friend's computers. These are not the people you want repairing your computer or setting up your network. Look for professional experience and a friendly attitude. If they don't sound happy to work with you over the phone, they won't be in person either.
