EARNIST RESPONDED PROMPLY AND SCHEDULED AN APPT ASAP. I MUST COMMEND HIM FOR ADDRESSING MANY ISSUES AND HIS ENERGY. VERY KNOWLEGEABE. A FEW ISSUES HE MAY HAVE TO ADDRESS LATER BUT FROM PRACTICALLY NO IRRIGATION TO ALMOST ALL WORKING WHO COULD ASK FOR MORE THANK YOU FOR YOUR RECOMENDATION AND A BG THANK YOU TO EARNIST.

I had him (Earnist) run a new sprinkler line (requiring trenching) and check and fix all the 7 previous installed lines. It was alot more work than I thought at first. But everyhing went well and thwvwork was done as promised. Upon finishing, Earnist was also very good at explaining to my wife and me how to set and run all the sprinkler programs.

I want to thank Mr. Gamble for an absolute professional job, repairing, replacing sprinklers heads and leaks for my irrigationsystem. In a time when it’s so difficult to fine good reliable and professional businesses that promise to do a job the right way but often don’t. This certainly can’t be said of Water Wiz 2 irrigation. Very professional,prompt, and quality experience. From initial contact to completion of work I was informed of the difference in of proper and improper backflow instillation. I was educated on the benefits of brass backflows. In the past I had technicians come make repairs take the payment and leave without details of what work was accomplished. Mr . Earnest was not that kind of technician, after completing the job he went over with me what he had done. If your looking for a courteous, detail oriented person than this is the technician you want

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A snapshot of my pricing is as follows:
Installation of a sprinkler: $40
Installation of a clock: $150 plus parts
Installation of a valve: $150 plus parts
Troubleshoot of a system: $100 plus parts
Installation of a new system: Consultation with customer is required.
And I will consider job vs price and work with you in some case
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is very important in the process of working with a new customer. Therefore, I call the customer to set up an appointment about the specifics of a job. During the consultation, I inform the customer with an initial price, a tentative schedule, and time frame of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my training certification with Smith Turf and Irrigation, Co. in Charlotte, NC. In addition to this certification, I have twenty-five years of work experience with installing sprinkler systems such as Toro, Hunter, Rain Bird, and Orbit for residential and commercial customers.
