- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A snapshot of my pricing is as follows: Installation of a sprinkler: $40 Installation of a clock: $150 plus parts Installation of a valve: $150 plus parts Troubleshoot of a system: $100 plus parts Installation of a new system: Consultation with customer is required. And I will consider job vs price and work with you in some case
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is very important in the process of working with a new customer. Therefore, I call the customer to set up an appointment about the specifics of a job. During the consultation, I inform the customer with an initial price, a tentative schedule, and time frame of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my training certification with Smith Turf and Irrigation, Co. in Charlotte, NC. In addition to this certification, I have twenty-five years of work experience with installing sprinkler systems such as Toro, Hunter, Rain Bird, and Orbit for residential and commercial customers.
