- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly, I call on the customer to introduce myself and set up an appointment to have a walk through of their facility or home to adequately give a proposal on the services needed and get information on what the customer is expecting. Secondly I would set up the frequency, time and days that I will be doing the services. Thirdly I will show up on time, do a proper cleaning, and leave everything pertaining to their business or personal items in tack and undisturbed. Lastly I would follow up for feedback.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Betco certified. It is the company that I use for cleaning supplies and machinery. I also have 14 years experience with their chemicals and machines having been in the janitorial industry for almost 15 years I am trained in general cleaning, deep cleaning, stripping and waxing floors and more.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked in the janitorial industry selling janitorial supplies.
