Introduction: I do exactly what I say I will do. I do not cut corners, I clean them. Even if I have given a price for the work. and it takes me longer than expected I do the job at no extra cost to you. Because I get great satisfaction at a job well done. I arrive when I say,unless something unexpected comes up and IF that should happen I am immediately on the phone explaining the situation to the customer I never leave anyone hanging waiting for me to arrive. I enjoy the personal satisfaction that I have when a Residence or Office is cleaned to the point where everything is sparkling and shining. Everyone has spent a lot of time and effort to decorate their place but if it has become dirty then it doesnot have the expectation that you have expected. Imagine everything clean. THAT IS WWHAT WE DO....

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I do a job instead of one price for this and a different one for something else for that what I do is to charge my hourly rate and include all services together. What I mean is that the customer may want a DEEP Cleaning but also want carpets cleaned, I am already there doing the work so it is not too much to what they want and only charge my normal hourly rate
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many cleaning magizines that come to me with very help full suggestion and i apply them to new jobs that come along. They are most helpful and It keeps me on the top of my field. I share them with the customer to make their job easier. I do not like to become stagnate but enjoy challenges.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was an executive legal assistant on Wall Street in NYC . My husband decided he wanted to FARM so we packed up and moved to S.C. Thru lack of money 33 years ago I started a Cleaning service out of necessity. I still have my first account and have been working at it for 33 years. What a wonderful feeling
