- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat rate of 100$/hr and additional fees depending on additional help we will need to bring into a job and material/equipment costs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process usually starts with a quick conversation to understand the customer’s issue or project. I’ll ask a few questions about the system, the symptoms they’re experiencing, and the age or type of equipment. From there we schedule a convenient time for me to come out and take a closer look.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began doing HVAC work with my father as a kid, my interest grew in the trade as I did and I’ve worked doing HVAC ever since.
