I had a great experience with CCC cleaning. They provided the following services in less than a week to prepare my rental house for sale.
Removal of overgrown shrubbery around fence line along with removal of weeds and cutting of grass
Deep cleaning including refrigerator and oven (emaculate!!)
Repair and replacing of outer trim
Repair of door that was leaking water into house
Painting of entire interior of house
Changing out mirrors in bathrooms
CCC cleaning went above and beyond and always communicated well with me. I will definitely use them in the future for any of my needs.

Did not disclose estimate fee prior to arrival (they are listed as $0/on-site estimate). Did not seem professional, as they showed up without anything to write with/on, or even a tape measure (had to borrow mine). Never received quote when promised, still haven’t received it. Would not recommend.
