Arthur notified me prior to and arrived ~10min earlier than the appointed time. He patiently waited on my roofer to arrive to coordinate on the furnace PVC vent line replacement. He was able to adjust to unexpected circumstances and completed the job to my satisfaction. The cost was reasonable.

Arthur went above and beyond to clean out the vent duct. The lint was compacted and wet and the whole job took longer than expected. He was patient and never complained. Would definitely hire Upright Air again!
