- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a free consultation, then inspect the fabric and stains before cleaning. I explain the process and give a price upfront. Most jobs are completed in one visit and include stain treatment and deodorizing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed hands-on training in upholstery and carpet cleaning, including stain and odor removal techniques, and continue to study new methods to ensure the best results for my clients.
