I used WECO Plumbing about one month ago when my bathroom toilet would not flush and the water in my bathtub would not drain. They arrived promptly and cleared the blockage very quickly. In fact the repair took less than five minutes although I paid a few hundred dollars for the service.
At the time I was impressed with how quickly the problem was resolved and was satisfied with the service.
Unfortunately, approximately one month and one week later, I’m experiencing the exact same problem. My toilets are not flushing and the water in the bathtub is not draining leaving me unable to properly use my Bathrooms.
I contacted WECO today. I was told that they are booked solid and cannot come out today. I asked what I would be charged again for the same repair since this is an identical occurring only about five weeks after the original service. I was told that my appointment is being labeled as a “return call”.
I appreciate that they identified it as a return call, but I’m also disappointed that I’m currently unable to use my Bathrooms. I have no immediate resolution given that the same issue has returned so soon after the original repair I believe it is reasonable to expect the company to address the problem promptly and explain why the blockage has recurred. I hope WECO will ultimately resolve this appropriately, but based on my experience so far, I am disappointed with the response to recurring problem.
